Amped 4-A-Cure is dedicated to it’s mission of supporting cancer research of ALL cancers. Funds raised will be directed to reserch facilities ranging from the Breast Cancer initiatives to increased research of childhood cancers. While erasing cancer once and for all is the ultimate goal, A4AC also understands the importance of helping the here and now. Funds from the AMPLIFIED Global Music Fest will also be used to help spread awareness and support programs on early detection and prevention.
Our goal for the 2012 Amplified Global Music Fest it to gain 1000+ participating musicians worldwide with a fundraising goal of $1,000,000.
Just as a typical benefit walk or run, participants are asked to take on a fundraising pledge and raise $100. Each participant will receive a branded customizable AMPLIFIED Global Music Fest marketing poster, press release, donation instructions as well as their own fundraising web page and online widgets. The topfundraising musician/band will be brought to Charlotte, NC to open for the National Recording Artist October 13th. The top fundraising "Non-Musician" will be brought to Charlotte, NC with a guest to enjoy the event LIVE, VIP style! Musicians and Music Lovers across the world are urged to perform on that day as one unified music community.
